Shipping & Returns

Processing time. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery time. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges. Free delivery is included on all orders.

Discreet packaging. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box with no product names or branding visible on the outside.

Returns & exchanges. If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, to be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
